Syllabus overview

CISF Head Constable exam consists of written test (OMR-based), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), and Documentation. The written exam covers General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness & General Knowledge, Elementary Mathematics, English/Hindi, and questions related to the trade (for ministerial and technical posts). The exam tests candidates on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, current affairs, and basic subject knowledge relevant to the post.

Paper pattern & marking

• 100 total questions across 60 minutes.
• +1 marks per correct answer · −0.25 per wrong.
• Pacing target: 0.83 questions / minute to finish on time with a safety buffer.
